Week 1: Kickoff & Welcome: Orientation to the program and setting yourself up for success
Week 2: Menopause & Mindset: Understand hormone flux through menopause and how it impacts aging; connect with your menopause experience to set the tone for next steps in your health journey
Week 3: Nutrition Foundations: Master sustainable eating patterns to manage menopause symptoms and support energy, strength, and vitality.
Week 4: Body Composition: Learn how to build lean muscle, manage body fat, and fuel for strength and recovery.
Week 5: Heart Health & Sleep Reset: Protect your heart, align with your natural rhythms, and optimize sleep for energy and recovery.
Week 6: Bone & Brain Health: Strengthen your foundation by reducing risks of osteoporosis and supporting memory, focus, and mood.
Week 7: Gut Health: Improve digestion, immunity, brain function, and energy with personalized strategies to support your microbiome.
Week 8: Lifelong Vitality Plan: Bring it all together with a personalized roadmap to stay strong, confident, and energized for years to come.
Included in the program are two private sessions with Kristin to identify opportunities and roadblocks towards positive momentum and creating a masterful mindset. Action items are embedded throughout the program so you can personalize what is most important to you.

Meet Dina
Dina Griffin has a mission to support women throughout their "masters years" to live fully, wholeheartedly, and actively.
While personally navigating the challenges of midlife, she has deepened her compassion and appreciation for the variety of ways in which women experience midlife and the aging process. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Sport Dietitian, with over 16 years experience in private nutrition coaching, she blends "real life" with science-informed approaches to develop personalized nutrition plans that account for the natural process of aging and menopause, while considering the needs and goals of the individual.
Dina believes it is never too late to take charge of one's health path and that we each have the ability to proactively create a positive trajectory for the remainder of our years. By carefully understanding each person's goals, challenges, and unique self, she supports you in "thriving your way" to take you to your next level of better living.

Meet Kristin
Kristin Wolf is dedicated to helping other women to discover their unique super powers in achieving health and wellness goals. As a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor, Kristin’s mission is rooted in her belief to inspire and empower others to turn wellness into a lifestyle.
Her personal journey as a “midlife” endurance athlete has given her a profound understanding of the resilience and dedication required to maintain health and fitness, and deeply informs her approach to coaching women through the challenges of peri and post menopause.
Be it new fitness routines, implementing healthier eating habits, or mental wellness strategies, each woman's journey is unique and requires a tailored approach. Utilizing principles of positive psychology, behavior change theory, and strength based coaching, Kristin supports her clients to uncover their dreams, discover their strengths, and create a personalized action plan to accomplish incredible things no matter what phase of life they are in.
