Dina Griffin has a mission to support active and athletic individuals to live fully and "health-fully".

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Sport Dietitian, with over 16 years experience in private nutrition coaching, she blends "real life" with science-informed approaches to develop personalized nutrition plans and performance plans to help athletes "fuel - thrive - achieve". By carefully understanding each athlete's goals, challenges, and unique self, she supports you in "thriving your way" to take you to your next level of better living and conquering your athletic pursuits with confidence and gusto.

Dina is also an "adult onset athlete" with multiple marathon finishes, road cycling adventures and triathlon races (including Ironman distance), ultramarathons, and loves pushing around heavy weights in the gym. 

Meet Brooke!

Brooke is a Registered Dietitian and the owner of Grit Sports Nutrition.  She opened her doors in 2012 and has been an integral part of the endurance sport community ever since, particularly in the running, cycling and triathlon arenas.

Brooke is passionate about working collaboratively with athletes to develop simple, effective fuel plans for ultimate performance, as well as offering Precision Hydration sweat testing. 

She is an avid athlete herself, with 80+ running races and triathlons under her belt including the Boston Marathon, multiple Ironman races, and she'll be tackling her first ultra this coming Fall!
