In the Fall of 2023, we are offering two Nourish Circle programs:
the "Performance Nutrition for Women Ultrarunners 40+" and the "Vitality & Health" program (starting in Sept/Oct).

 

These programs are designed to support masters age women to maximize
health, vitality, wellbeing, and performance for ultrarunning.

Women 40+
connecting, redefining and unleashing vitality

In this program, you learn how to design and implement your own Nourish Plan
to be free of diet confusion and full of nutrition confidence
as you go through perimenopause and postmenopause years.

We don’t need to be enslaved by diet culture.


We don’t need perimenopause and menopause to slow us down.


We get to define and shape what kickass aging looks like for our own life journey.

We get to reach our own finish lines.

 

Let’s break down barriers and build ourselves up for success, no matter what our individual life goals are.
Let’s move from adequate towards optimal to better nourish our bodies.

 

Health is a foundation to our potential, but we are not limited by body size, the aging process, or how we experience changes throughout the female life cycle.

As active and athletic individuals, we can also modify our training nutrition and recovery to better support our running performance and strength goals as we move through our masters years.

You don’t need to feel like your food patterns are good or bad, wrong or right.

Nutrition shouldn’t constrain and trap you. It should free you, enable you, provide pleasure, and be free of rules.

Introducing the Nourish Circle

Unique nutrition coaching programs to foster connection, build nutrition confidence, and work towards more "health-full living" and not letting our age stop us from pursuing our athletic endeavors. 

We unpack nutrition confusion, dive into a better understanding of how our bodies change as we age, and develop a Vitality Nourish Plan and Performance Plan to better fuel our every day and our athletic selves.

Meet Dina!

Dina Griffin is passionate about women’s health and supporting active women to reach new heights. She also has a passion for helping women thrive through their “masters years” by developing personalized nutrition plans that account for the natural process of aging and menopause, while considering the needs and goals of the individual. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Sport Dietitian, Dina has over 15 years experience in private nutrition coaching. She works carefully to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and unique self to take them to their next level of better living.
