Meet your THRIVE Coaches: Dina & Colleen

We created THRIVE because we are you.
We’re Dina and Colleen — a Registered Dietitian and Performance Nutritionist, and a Physical Therapist and Strength Coach — with decades of experience in women’s health, strength training, and performance.
But more importantly?
We’re also women in our 40s and 50s, navigating the exact same changes, questions, and frustrations as you.
I’m Dina, 55, an "adult onset" endurance athlete and Sports Dietitian. From marathons and Ironman triathlons to ultrarunning and gravel riding, I help women fuel to train well and prevent body breakdowns. But now that I've gone through perimenopause into postmenopause, I’ve experienced the same things many of my clients struggle with: disrupted sleep, stubborn weight gain, and slower recovery.
It’s one thing to coach others through it and it’s another to live it. And I get it now, on a deeper level than ever before. I've had to adjust approaches to daily habits, fueling, recovery, and training — with compassion and intention, not punishment. It is doable!
I’m Colleen, 43, and for years I did all the things: CrossFit, endurance racing, OrangeTheory, hours of cardio, and meticulous eating. I used to believe that working harder meant getting better results. But when I hit my 40s, my body stopped responding. I felt softer, tired, and stuck — even though I was doing everything “right.”
I had to shift my approach — to build muscle, support my metabolism, and stop chasing exhaustion as a badge of honor. That mindset shift changed everything — and THRIVE was born from it.
We created THRIVE for women like us - and like you.
