We’re Colleen & Dina

and we created THRIVE for women just like you.

Between the two of us, we’ve spent decades working in women’s health, strength training, physical therapy, and nutrition. But more importantly?

We’re living this - right now - just like you. 

I’m Colleen, 42, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength coach, and the founder of WELLBODY Lab. I’ve done it all — CrossFit, OrangeTheory, hours of cardio, endurance racing. I used to think that harder always meant better. But in my 40s, I hit a wall. My body stopped responding, I felt softer, and I was constantly tired — despite doing all the “right” things.

I realized I needed a new approach — one that focused on building strength, supporting my metabolism, and honoring my body through this stage of life. That’s what THRIVE is.

And I’m Dina, 55, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Board Certified Sports Dietitian, and the founder of The Nutrition Mechanic. I’ve spent my adult life focusing on endurance sports including marathons, Ironman, road cycling, and ultrarunning, while coaching women through every stage of their athletic journey.

As I moved from perimenopause into postmenopause, I have felt what so many women describe: disrupted sleep, changes in appetite, slower recovery, and shifts in body composition. I also understand the resistance that can come with making changes, especially when what used to work no longer does.

Adjusting how I train and fuel isn’t always easy, but applying the same strategies I’ve taught for years in a more intentional way makes a difference. It’s still a work in progress, but I’ve seen firsthand how consistency (not perfection) can shift everything.

Thrive grew out of that experience. It’s a way to support strength, energy, and well-being with more clarity and less confusion.
